The Transitional Journey

But I am mostly and pretty much moved into my own place! It was long overdue and I finally just said fuck it to living with my mother and got a place. I was looking around for a little while and then on a whim (and really impulsively) I jumped at the first place that I found that I liked. Electric, internet (finally! I went three days without internet and wanted to shoot myself!) and most of the furniture. I mostly just have unpacking to do now.

Back right after I first got my Tumblr near the end of 2010.. I got kicked out of my house, which was the week before Christmas. My mother apologized on Christmas Eve and asked me to move back in.. which I did. Shortly after, I found (and posted pictures on here) crosses drawn on all four of my bedroom walls and a cross on the front of my bedroom door and the word ‘Jesus’ written on the inside of it.. all with anointment oil. Anyways, my reason for bringing that up is because while my brother and I were moving my bed.. we found something. When we lifted the mattress up from the box springs, there was a Bible laying there. At some point (probably when she did the whole anointment oil thing) she put the Bible there. I swear it feels like she was subtly trying to exorcise me or something. It’s more than a little bit ridiculous. Well I’m still a guy so that tells me one of two things. One, that shit doesn’t work or two, I’m exactly how God intended me to be.

Anyways.. things are good. I’m exhausted because I’ve barely slept in the last two weeks but I am off tomorrow so I am going to sleep until I can’t sleep anymore.. if I ever even make it to bed.

So that’s how my life is going right at the moment. Busy.

I have a lot going on at the moment and it’s keeping me incredibly busy. I have a lot I have to do in a short period of time. I already want this week to be over with and it doesn’t even technically start until tomorrow.

A drink will definitely be in order Friday night to celebrate the end of this particular week.
